We want you to love your Petal & Pup purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in original condition with all tags attached and free from any makeup or marks.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and certain accessories are ineligible for return.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between store credit or an exchange.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging. Include the packing slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
